Z/M Fold hand towels are typically narrower than traditional C/V Fold hand towels and so may require this adapter to ensure that the hand towels dispense properly from larger hand towel dispensers which have not been designed specifically for narrow hand towels.
This adapter is simply placed within the dispenser at the point where the hand towels are dispensed, it works by narrowing the dispensing area ensuring that narrow hand towels do not fall through.
