Using Wippet
How can I pay on Wippet?
−Wippet accepts many different payment methods including Visa and Mastercard, Debit Cards, and Apple Pay. You can also pay by BACS on Wippet and request credit terms from our suppliers which are then loaded into the system for all your purchases. When you buy from multiple suppliers, you buy once, the platform distributes the monies to the relevant suppliers.
How do I place an order?
+You can either use the search bar at the top of the page or the menu of categories just below it to find the product or service you want to buy. Then click on the product to see it in detail and then click “Add to Basket”. When you have found everything you want, from one to multiple suppliers, click on your basket icon at the top of the page and then follow the instructions through to checkout. Once at checkout, you can review your order, change quantities and select delivery. Then follow instructions for payment, and you’re done.
How do I know what I want is in stock?
+Our suppliers are regularly checking their stock levels and items out of stock will be indicated. In the unlikely event that you place an order that is out of stock, the supplier will notify you directly and propose an alternative product, advise a later delivery date or cancel the order – whatever you prefer.

How much does delivery cost?
+Delivery costs vary by supplier and are calculated at checkout.
How long do orders take to deliver?
+Delivery times vary by supplier, but they are all indicated on the product pages or delivery options and prices will be listed at the check-out.
How can I track my order?
+Once you have signed in, click on My Account at the top of the page. Then click on My Orders at the top of the column on the left-hand side and you’ll find all your orders listed by date. Just click on the order to see its status.
Can I get express delivery?
+Any products that are available with express delivery will indicate that option at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
+Each supplier has its own returns policy, view their supplier profile for more information.

+Wippet has a supplier directory on the home page, we’re adding new suppliers all the time to provide every product and service you need. If you would like to be kept informed when we add new suppliers you can subscribe to our marketing emails. HERE
Do you check your suppliers?
+Wippet suppliers are known and used in the care sector. We check every supplier before allowing them to sell their products and services. We have a thorough process in place to collate various insurance policies, DBS checks where required and other policies and commitments. You can find more details of our supplier checks here.
Can I bring my suppliers and prices onto Wippet?
+Yes, through Wippet Partner and Fuse you can bring your existing suppliers to us and we will upload your pre-negotiated prices and terms to ensure you realise your hard-earned savings.
What if I have specially agreed prices with Wippet suppliers?
+If you have specially agreed prices with a Wippet supplier, you can ask them to load those prices onto our site so that only you and those for whom you have agreed those prices can see them.
Can I propose suppliers to Wippet?
+Yes, absolutely. If you have a supplier you would like to see on Wippet, send your details and those of your supplier and we’ll contact them. You can contact us about suppliers here.
How easy is it to switch suppliers?
+So easy, when you register and set up your account, your details are stored to enable you to buy from any Wippet Supplier. Buy from the same supplier or switch, its up to you.
