Prize Draw Entry Terms
Each time a Wippet customer purchases goods or services on wippet.com between 14 November 2022 and midnight on 5 December 2022 they will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
Winners will be chosen at random by 6 December 2022. Prizes are subject to availability and Wippet reserves the right to replace a prize with an alternative prize or cash of equal or higher value.

The Promoter of this prize draw is Wippet Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13115709 and with its registered office at Clipper Logistics Group, Gelderd Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, LS12 6LT (“Wippet”).
The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 14 days of the Draw Date. The winner must respond to the Promoter to confirm a postal address or other necessary details to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 28 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The winner will be sent the details of how to claim their prize within 28 days of them responding in accordance with paragraph 7 above. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, nontransferable and the winner may not elect to take a cash alternative.
Where prizes are provided by a Supplier (for example where the prize consists of services provided by a third party) the delivery date of the prize will be subject to the availability of the Supplier of the prize, and the winner will liaise with the Supplier to arrange a mutually convenient time.
The Promoter will either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the company name and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails info@wippet.com within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your company name, county or winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at info@wippet.com. In such
circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. See also paragraph 14 with regard to the announcement of winners.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
