Velcro Ball Catcher is a fun game. Just throw the ball to each other and try to catch on the velcro 'bat'.

Our Lightweight Bobble Ball is just the right size to catch and will move slowly through the air to allow time for the recipient to get in position - ideal for anyone with slower reaction times. Balls can also be kicked to each other or to try to throw into a large box. (See our Lightweight Basketball Set for the real thing). Versatile beanbags are fun to throw and catch - easy to grasp for those with limited hand dexterity. 

Why not set up a circuit where each activity is done for 5 minutes before moving onto the next. Do this for 3 rounds of each. Stops boredom and means different parts of the body is stretched. Can be played indoors or out, seated or standing.
